As a general rule, products are shipped from the store within one week of finalizing the purchase order.
Products are shipped within 14 days at the latest.
However, delays may occur due to stock shortages or during busy periods.
While we will make our best effort to meet specified delivery dates, however, since the time required for shipments differ for every country, we may not be able to meet customer requests for delivery.

In the event that delivered products are found to be defective, we will accept returns of unused products within 14 days of their arrival at the address for delivery.
We cannot exchange or give refunds for products that have been used, damaged or that are not in their original condition.
In addition, when returning products, please enclose all items such as tags affixed to the product in the package.

GANZO Online Store uses an online shop server provided by Shopify Inc. When sending order forms, communication between the server and the customer's PC is protected by encryption and any inputted information is handled by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to block access by others.
Important credit card information is sent in SSL-encrypted form to the payment server operated by Shopify Payment and deleted after verification.
Absolutely no information remains on PCs managed by AJIOKA Co., Ltd.
