This bag maximizes the natural feel of the leather by using a technique called 'Herikaeshi,' where craftsmen carefully hand-massage each bag after sewing, adding a variety of textures to the leather. The simple design, along with a size perfect for daily use, makes it highly versatile. Additionally, it comes with a top zipper and shoulder straps for practicality.
Using the same leather as the current GUD series, craftsmen hand-massage each bag after sewing to enhance its texture. This extra step loosens the leather fibers, creating intricate patterns as the oil and dye blend with the wrinkles. The unique touch and natural volume of Guidi leather are its highlighted features. The more it is used, the better it gets, and aging process can be enjoyed over time.
*ST: Stropicciato, Italian for "crinkled"
This material is finished by retaining the original scratches and wrinkles from the raw hide. Unevenness of color that appear during the dyeing process are also preserved as the leather's unique features. Therefore, many pieces show scratches and unevenness in color. We hope that our customers understand these conditions and enjoy the uniqueness of each individual piece.
*Note: Since no color-fixing treatment is applied, some color fading may occur.
The zippers used are the highest quality YKK Excella series, featuring special stretch tape for smoother use than traditional Excella zippers. Even curved sections move smoothly, making opening and closing stress-free. The brass-colored plating is a special feature unique to GANZO.
